Daisy Mae was rescued in the summer of 2012 at the age of 2 from a very serious abuse situation. She was very sick and infected with heartworm. She wasn't expected to live even a few months. Our family proves that love heals, along with modern medicine. After a successful treatment, Daisy recovered completely and lived another 10 years as part of this family. We will forever miss her dancing for a treat, attacking the "victim" and how she became an emotional support dog in the process. Her best fur friend, Casper already misses her. We hope she plans on producing plenty of rainbows to remind us that she's still watching. You will never be forgotten little girl.
